John LaShell will be driving the Jeff's Performance powered,

JPL Motorsports owned J&J chassis Sprint Car based out of

Ellis Kansas with the URSS Series in 2008.

  John will be returning to the Sprint Cars in 2008, John drove

Sprint Cars for ten years with two career A Feature wins.

More recently he has raced in both the IMCA Stock Car and Modified Divisions as well racing a Asphalt Truck for several seasons at DCRP.

 John is married and he and Phyllis have 1 child, Tonya.

John won a 1992 IMCA Modified Track Championship,

in 1996 John won the Big 5 Series Championship in his

IMCA Stock Car along with a 1968 Rookie of the Year Award.
